A terrible experience! I asked the barista if they have a soy milk, he said yes. But when I ordered from a waitress she said they don't have it and was very rude when I tried to understand why I was told something else. Probably I should've left then because then I waited for 20 minutes for a salad and needed to deal with the rude waitress when I tried to pay.

Only good for coffee and cake. Never I would go there for cooked dishes. Poached eggs with runny egg white and cold! When I returned it the chef said this how „poached eggs“ are made. The hard boiled egg for my baby boy was also runny. Yuck! The staff would make me pay for a dish that I did not even eat. Terrible service. They even told me, we are not that kind of place where you do have to pay for your order if you didn’t like it. Bad service to this scale is unmatched!

Will never go back! I have been here 3 times and the service has always been below average but this time the waiters were so rude and disrespectful that I decided to write a review. When we sat down we were told one of the items on the menu was not available. We picked 3 other dishes. 20 minutes later the waiter told us that actually they didnt have one of the items we ordered. So we ordered something else. 20 minutes later the food hadnt come so we asked when the food was coming. The waiter told us that he didnt know because he is not part of the kitchen. HE ADDED THAT WE WERE FREE TO LEAVE IF WE WISHED TO. After waiting for almost 1h the food finally came. My steak was medium but I had requested it to be well done because Im pregnant. So I got up and asked one waitress if she could get the steak to be well done. The waiter behind the bar, who was listening, literally LAUGHED AT ME, making fun of me. I sat down and a few minutes later the steak came. I didnt have cutlery so I asked the waiter behind the bar, who was literally less than 1m from our table, if he could get me cutlery. I asked at least 3 times but he pretended he didnt hear me. So my family member got up to find some cutlery. I am appalled. No one ever apologized for the food being late. Actually we were made fun of, we were made feel unwelcome. I worked as a waitress for many years so I know it’s hard work and I have lots of respect for people who take on waiter jobs. But if you are a waiter you need to take pleasure making people feel welcomed. The waiters who we were in contact with literally did not seem to care! I will never go back.

Nice but many fails in that cafe. Food ok not bad. Price also affordable. But they have a tables next to the toilets.. I didn't get why. Such a fail. And you cannot pay with bank card. Middle of touristic place. 2 stars only for food. Ambiance and service not perfect. Staff not care really about you.

Great for kids! Has a separate space just for kids with big chest full of toys and books. A lot of space between the tables for strollers. There are also two feeding chairs available.

Waiters are aggressive, serve chewed bread, spill apple juice on you and don’t clean up. Cooks do not wash their hands when going to the loo and the do not accept cards! It was so horrible I had to laugh
