I was at Mola for brunch with a couple of friends last Sunday. The location is nice, only a few meters from the nearby Sudbahnhof. We loved the scrambled eggs with pastrami, the freshly squeezed orange juices and the strong u0026 full bodied espresso. Service was fast, prices were reasonable. Very recommended.

Stopped here for some emergency brunch one morning and was not disappointed! I had a delicious Turkish vegan platter which was refreshing and filling. The staff are also very nice and there's a calm atmosphere, at least when it's not busy.

I have always found this place very cosy and their Linsensuppe quite tasty, but today I tried to work from here and I learnt from the staff that the management turns off the Wi-Fi on purpose during lunch time, so that it gets free for "normal" customers.
If you don`t want people working from here, don`t advertise yourselves as an Internet cafe.

I want to say from the beginning, that we enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Unfortunately there was an issue with the water. We(6 people) had asked for a large tap water for the table, but our server said that it was not possible to get tap water. So we asked what they offer since they don't offer water from the tap. He said that they have large bottles of sparkling and normal water, so we took the sparkling. When we were going to pay, we noticed that the water was 7.50€. When asked about it, he said that "it is what it is". Then proceeded to say, that they DO offer tap water, but only by the glass(much less expensive), "just not in a bottle". He "explained" to us that it was our fault for not reading through the whole menu to see exactly what they offer, even though we asked specifically if they offered any tap water. It's rare that I take issue with this sort of miscommunication, as I have worked in Gastronomie for many years, but this was purposely done to take advantage of us and charge way more money than we had believed possible. Given that each breakfast was just 5.80€, but the water, with a piece of mint and lemon(which we did not ask for), was almost 2€ more. The server could have just apologized for the misunderstanding and we would have been okay with paying for it. Instead, he was raising his voice, and blaming us for not knowing their entire menu. As a server, it's your job to make clear what you offer, not to take advantage and tell us they don't serve tap water, and charge us 7.50€ for maybe 700ml of water. This is completely unacceptable. It's unfortunate that they will lose out on all of our(family and friends) business over such a silly situation.

An amazing place! Great breakfasts at more than fair prices, very tasty and nice friendly service. They also bake their own delicious walnut bead and the design of the place is tasteful.
