Leider hatte ich meine Rezension für das Cafe Ernst in der Hanauer Landstr. 7 abgegeben, kaufe jedoch immer in der Mainzer Landstr. 195 ein. Mit Bestürzung lese ich die negativen Kommentare bezüglich des Personals in der Filiale in der ML 195. Seit mehr als 5 Jahren arbeite ich in der Nähe und privat wie auch geschäftlich kaufen wir gerne bei Cafe Ernst in der ML 195 ein. NOCH NIE wurden wir anders als freundlich und kompetent behandelt. Zu schreiben „als hätte jemand Vieh und nicht Kunden vor sich“ ist schlimm und in Verbindung mit diesen Menschen die ich nun schon so lange kenne unvorstellbar bzw. unglaubwürdig.
Schaue ich mir die Bewertungen mit nur einem Stern an, ist es sehr auffallend, dass die Formulierungen sich sehr ähneln und sehr unsachlich sind. Es ist schwer vorstellbar, dass es so viele unterschiedliche Menschen gibt, die die gleiche einfache und respektlose Art der Kritik haben.
Kunden die sich beschweren
- weil die Bedienung nicht gesprächig war (willst Du einkaufen oder dich unterhalten lassen),
- weil eine Kaffeetasse heiß ist oder
- weil die Bedienung andere Kunden darauf aufmerksam machen muss, dass sich nur 2 Kunden im Verkaufsraum aufzuhalten haben, so wie es draußen angeschrieben steht
kann ich nicht ernst nehmen.
Aber wenn man natürlich so unzufrieden ist, dann sollte man dort tatsächlich nicht mehr hingehen. Ich musste jedoch feststellen, dass bei anderen Bäckereien das Verkaufspersonal tatsächlich unfreundlich, aber vor allem desinteressiert ist. Viel Freude Euch bei diesen Menschen und vor allem bei diesen Lebensmitteln, die nicht die Qualität wie bei Cafe Ernst haben.
