I spent a week waiting for my passport to be delivered. The staff is really helpful. The location is not at the centre, but the train station is a few minutes walk. I bought 9 € monthly ticket, and explored the city and it's museums every day.
I am thankful to the staff for their support and help.

We as a family here in this Hotel. The tram station is just opposite and we can reach Neustadt and Altstadt within 10 minutes. A bakery and pizza places are just opposite is this. I would recommend anyone to come and try this hotel. The check-in and Check-out are automatic, and they still have one at the front door for help.

Good location near the Ostbahnhof, less than 30mm to the fair ground. Clean, efficient rooms. Good bedding material.

I appreciate all of the steps that the hotel has taken to provide a safe and clean atmosphere for travelers during these trying times. However, I was less than impressed with the black mold above the shower, random buckets collecting dripping water in the hallway as well as lack of customer service. There was never anyone at the front desk to report the mold in the toilet, above the shower, lack of towels in the room or the fact that the toilet had been used and not flushed when I got to my room. There wasn’t even a phone to call down to the front desk.

Rooms are a good size and mostly clean, with some stains on the bed linen.
I had a big surprise Saturday morning the 5th when I wanted to go for Bfst. I was asked if I pre-booked, which I haven't. Nobody informed me at check-in I had to prebook breakfast. I was told I can not stay for bfst as there won't be enough food for all in-house guests.
Well, I took my money and spend it in the bakery next door, although I would have preferred to stay in the Bu0026B. However - once I came back some hours later the bfst area was closed, I could only see some mice running around there which made me think it might have been better to have breakfast in the bakery next door.
Apart from the bad breakfast experience, the rooms were ok, and it serves the purpose of just having a place to sleep.
