Nie wieder! I used to come here all the time but I will never go back. The man at the counter (hint: some people have already described him here in the reviews) forced me to go back to my vehicle three times back and forth when I was in a hurry and just wanted to use the bathroom (after paying). The location is okay but the gas prices are horrible and uncompetitive. Nie wieder!

I went here to rinse my car and there was someone already in front of us who was using the water pressure machine to rinse his car. After the car in front of us was done and I inserted €1 to use it to rinse my car but it did not worked. So naturally I went in to and tried to tell the clerk but he said he does not care about it and it is not his fault and its my fault. Even I tried to explain to him the car in front of me used it but all he said was they placed the sign in front and its not his fault. I went back and checked if I missed the sign but sure did not see it before. When I got to the machine the sign was turned other side around. I asked my sister to help me explain to him in German because she speaks perfect German but the clerk said its not his fault and was at this point very aggressive and said in German "bei mir Schxxße egal" and kept saying its not my fault and he does not care what happened. The other clerks were helpful and explained and willing to help and just simply returned the money(no matter how small it was). He looks to be a Indian National and he very rude, aggressive and does not watch out his words to the customer. I live near by and went to this place to gas up, wash/clean and bought stuff here but because of this INDIAN NATIONAL CLERK, I am never going back.

This worker from I don t know but he did not respect him u can check camera 23:00 to 23:30 date of 30-06-2021 he want to hit him with bottle shame on aral
