Following an accident where a car hit my daughter on her bike, the staff were quick, efficient, competent and for the most part friendly. There is always the occasional staff member who rubs you up the wrong way, especially when you are in a stressful situation. At no time did we have cause for concern - 3 operations in 6 days and ongoing treatment were required. We’ve also visited the emergency room for cuts, breaks etc. Of course, you may have to wait but the staff were always civil and doctors provided excellent service.

The doctors took good care of me. The medicine and water that they provided was well enough to stand on my own feet. I have influenza and I am recovering from it. Thanks to the staffs and the doctor.

Experience in the emergency room in the beginning of a week. Reception rather unfriendly. Waiting times very appropriate to the circumstances. But most importantly: The examination, treatment and informing was in depth and very kindly and caring.
