Beware of Adina's long term contracts! We repeatedly expressed that we needed a flexible room rate with the reservations team, and the best we could get after several back and forth emails was a 5-day notice for changes, which we agreed to. However, they put into the contract that if we shortened our stay that we would still have to pay 90% of the cancelled nights, even with more than 5 days notice. Not only that, but when we went to cancel a few nights, they said that an extra surcharge for those nights is considered part of the room rate (the surcharge itself was more that the room rate) and we also had to pay 90% of that fee! That was NOT in the contract. While the room we had was nice, I would not stay here again and risk another nearly 1000€ cancellation fee.

Rooms were good and spacious. After my room got cleaned, my credit card was gone. I am pretty sure that the cleaning lady did something to it because I put it in the electricity card slot. When I reported it to the reception desk, they didn't do anything. They told me to file a stolen card report, and they didn't even ask their cleaning service. I definitely didn't expect that I will lose my credit card in the hotel, and the service is to another level.

Extremely bad hotel. Room service supposed to be only 2 times per week - but besides the fact that they haven‘t cleaned the room for weeks, the room is never cleaned properly - toilet was not flushed after „cleaning“, mold in the bathroom, bad smell from the sink and balcony and extremely unprofessional receptionists. Further, the so-called gym is missing weights (probably stolen), and has broken equipment. The sauna extremely sticks (honestly don’t wanna know why…) For the price, you should rather go to a proper hotel, where u probably get a smaller room, but the service is by far better.

My family and I stayed here after we arrived in Frankfurt by train before an international flight the next day. Great location being a short walk from the train station and only 15-20 minutes from the airport. And the rooms are large with beautiful views (one of our rooms was a corner room on the 15th floor with an amazing aerial and panoramic view or Frankfurt.)

Also Karim at the front desk was incredibly helpful getting us checked in and arranging a taxi to pick us and our bags up from the hotel and taking us to the airport.

I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Frankfurt!

( Edit : I have changed to 5 star , after the Anne Kaiser General Manager replied and apologized, and at the same time I felt guilty not to give 5 star cause this hotel worth more than that . )
One of the best .. all was perfect except when Martin mbdnoun at front desk treated me in way .
Two time the Second time my key is not working so I asked him and asked me to wait until he finish his current client which I respect!!! So I waited more than 10 mins and when he done ! He helped other client came after me and ignored me at all !!! And when I told me he kept laying!!!!!!! One of worst treatment ever

I always love my stays at the Adina. The whole team, under the direction of Anne, is welcoming and always ready to help
with any request. The beds are comfortable and I particularly like the showers. The location is excellent for visiting around Frankfurt and also for connecting to train journeys or the airport. I’m always looking forward to my next visit.

The overall customer experience was pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was decent, I was a little shocked to pay 9 euro for three 500ml bottles of water considering you can get 1L bottle down the road for .90 cents.

Also the patio u0026 attached green space connected to my room was littered with cigarette butts and trash which is pretty gross. The patio furniture a cigarette burns in it from other hotel guests throwing butts off their balconies.

Overall I'd stay there again. The rooms were quiet and spacious. It could use some tidying up though.
