At first the online pages were hard to navigate, but I was able to request help in person at the office. As a foreign exchange student I didn't understand all of the paperwork delays, but Christian Ramrath was able to help me and get all my queries resolved in one day. Cannot express how helpful they made it especially for foreign students.

I lived in Kammerstr. 206 for 4.5 years and my personal administrator was Ms. Vanessa Poscher. She always helped me in fast and quick ways staying into legal space. Communication was simple and easy with her every time.

I have had a great experience with studentenwerk duisburg-essen , even though there was some technical issues with my contract , it was taken care of and had quick response , a special mention to Miss Vanessa Poscher , who helped me with the process .
