The room was a bit outdated, the mattress was quite old and had some dents. But the soundproofing of the room was good, you do not hear trafic outside or your neighbours.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. They also have some good coffee and fruit juice.

We thought the staff was quite friendly and helpful.

I wonder about the number of stars. I thing it is equivalent to 2 or 3 stars not 4. Anyway my stay was fantastic with no problems, but the hotel needs to upgrade

Air conditioning exists but was not working. I called the reception, they came and didn't do anything. I couldn't sleep the whole night. Waking up all sweat in the summer night. In the breakfast there was missing scrumble eggs, they didn't refill the missing itens and the coffee Maschine was broken. Doesn't worth the price (by the way.. 16€).

Missing basic amenities like functioning air conditioning. Not worthy of four star rating in my opinion.

Very nice hotel. Modern and clean. Our room exceeded our expectations. The pillows provided are not much, but you can always request more pillows. The hotel restaurant was a bit slow in terms of service. It took a while to get our food, which was absolutely delishious, but after dinner our waiter was nowhere to be found. Similarly at the bar, we waited for someone to take our drink order for almost 30min, it took an additional 30 min before our drinks arrive (which were very tasty). I believe for this particular Saturday night the waitstaff was overwhelmed and understaffed. Breakfast was amazing! The buffet left nothing out, with unending varieties of foods. Overall we enjoyed our day and would book again in the future.
