Simply put, Procelsio is an excellent clinic. My wife did a hip arthroscopy and she felt very well cared for there. Dr Konrad and nursing team are amazing, war, and highly supportive. The food was good, and the staff was aware of the Halal food needs. I highly recommend this great medical facility.

Then I met Dr. Know Kamminga and decided last year after an extensive examination and competent advice for the first procedure. I can only praise the course of the operation as well as the one-week stay in the clinic in the single room with the highest tones. I cannot understand other reviews: I was visited by my surgeon in my room 1-2 times a day (rarely by the representative when I was absent) and I was perfectly accompanied during my stay.
In October 2021, my second knee was replaced by a 3D-my-knee. Again I am extremely satisfied. The pain and swelling were within tolerable limits. The respective 4-5 week follow-up treatments quickly got me back on my feet. At the moment I'm still in rehab in Bad Salzuflen, which will also be completed successfully the week after next. Thanks to the entire team in Essen and especially to Dr. Kamminga !!

Meine erste Knie-TEP erhielt ich im Dezember 2020 nach jahrelangen Laufproblemen und Schmerzen bei hochgradiger Gonarthrose in beiden Knien. Spiegelungen, Hyaluron-, Eigenblutbehandlungen und selbst eine Denervation bei verschiedenen Orthopäden brachten immer nur vorübergehenden Erfolg. Dann lernte ich Dr. Kamminga kennen und entschied mich letztes Jahr nach ausgiebiger Untersuchung und kompetenter Beratung für den ersten Eingriff. Sowohl den Verlauf der OP als auch den einwöchigen Aufenthalt in der Klinik im Einbettzimmer kann ich nur in höchsten Tönen loben. Andere Rezensionen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen: ich wurde 1-2 mal täglich von meinem Operateur im Zimmer aufgesucht (selten vom Vertreter bei Abwesenheit) und perfekt während meines Aufenthaltes begleitet.
Im Oktober 2021 wurde mein zweites Knie durch ein 3D-my-knee ersetzt. Wieder bin ich außerordentlich zufrieden. Schmerzen und Schwellung hielten sich in erträglichen Grenzen. Die jeweiligen 4-5wöchigen Anschlussheilbehandlungen brachten mich schnell wieder komplett "auf die Beine". Momentan bin ich noch in der Reha in Bad Salzuflen, die übernächste Woche ebenfalls erfolgreich abgeschlossen wird. Danke an das komplette Team in Essen und insbesondere an Dr. Kamminga!!

Und dieses immer mit dem Ansatz zur erhalten und Ersatz immer nur als letzte Möglichkeit! Bin mit dem Ergebnis nach der OP mit meinem Knie sehr zufrieden und werde bei späteren oder anderen Beschwerden wieder dort hingehen! Dafür hat sich der Weg von Osnabrück nach Essen gelohnt!
