They weren't able to give me the promised 10% from the prospectus, said it was only on regular orders and not on the party deals, but it doesn't say anywhere. Then I was asked to pay extra for a tomato sauce which is pretty much standard on every pizza and with a pizza tray that comes with 5 ingredients they weren't able to split it half/half for free.... Another employee was so rude about my order that I refrained from ordering anything here. So I can't say anything about the quality of the food. I don't know what is meant by service here, so you don't get any regular customers and I will certainly not recommend this pizzeria, I'm used to something different from long-established pizzerias! Impossible!!!

Ich habe noch nie so unfreundliche Mitarbeiter in einem Dienstleistungsunternehmen erlebt!!! Daher 0 Sterne! Wollte das erste Mal dort bestellen, gleich eine Großbestellung. Man war dort nicht in der Lage, mir die versprochenen 10 % aus dem Prospekt zu gewähren, wäre angeblich nur bei normalen Bestellungen und nicht bei den Party-Angeboten, steht aber nirgends. Dann sollte ich noch für eine Tomatensauce, die eigentlich Standard auf jeder Pizza ist, extra bezahlen und bei einem Pizzablech, wo 5 Zutaten dabei sind, war man nicht in der Lage, diese kostenlos halb/halb aufzuteilen.... Ein anderer Mitarbeiter war so unfreundlich bezüglich meiner Bestellung, dass ich davon Abstand genommen habe, hier etwas zu bestellen. Zur Qualität der Speisen kann ich somit nichts sagen. Ich weiß nicht, was man hier unter Service versteht, so bekommt man keine Stammkundschaft und ich werde diese Pizzeria bestimmt nicht weiterempfehlen, da bin ich von langjährig eingesessenen Pizzerien anderes gewohnt! Unmöglich!!!
