Good day everyone, let's make some things clear about the rating of this place:
Don't get me wrong, the food is very good(as in tasty and delicious). They also respect the aspect and ingredients of the sushi menus. (I've come a few times because of some good combis). As a good point they also get you at the end of your meal, when you pay at the counter, 1 cracky snack with a cute message foretelling your little future per person.
Now, the catch is their menu is broken down into 2.
1. It's eating sushi at the conveyor belt for a lower price(expensive in comparison to other countries) i.e 16.8 euros during the day and 21.8 during dinner time in comparison to 28 euros(if I'm not mistaken) for the ,,all you can eat''.
2.ALL YOU CAN EAT is basically almost the same as the one at the conveyor belt(running sushi) only that you get the possibility to order anything you want from the said menu but only 5 dishes every 15 minutes. (This includes the first choice within the price so you can seat at the conveyor)
Now the catch is, if you go for the running sushi whatever you see on the conveyor belt is the leftover of the orders of those ,,all you can eat''. For example, they order 2 pieces of a certain type of sushi, they're gonna get prepared it by the same chef but, you know that a full roll of sushi can be cut in 6 to 8 pieces. So if they order 2 or 4. The remaining will go on the belt(the ugly endings).
Because there's character limitations I'll write 1 more immediately after posting this one.
