Very pleasant hotel. Friendly staff. Quiet location. Excellent breakfast and very good restaurant. Room very comfortable with all amenities. Overall an excellent stay.

Too expensive for the quality one gets. Three person room, was a two person room with an added stretcher....advertised "free parking" on the Square is not possible on friday and tuesday because of the market the next day. One may park in the hotel parking, for €9,-.... Something we read on a leaflet in our room, so we needed to go back to the car and find another spot. Would have been nice if mentioned at the check in.
Breakfast was ok. Not recommended.

Very nice hotel with good quality service.???????? Very nice rooms, good equipped and nicely decorated. Very good european breakfasts.????????????????☕???????????? Definitely I will book and visit this hotel once again if I'm only in Essen again.????????????
