Seriously?! Waiting more than one hour and paying 8,40€ for a piece of flat bread, fried egg and some shaved parmesan cheese???

Their excuse for the delay was that they only had two pans to prepare the food. On a Saturday lunchtime! What a joke! Never again.

One of the best places in essen. Amazing garden, good service and really good coffy. They offer good breakfast and amazing scenery

A friendly cafe with a cozy atmosphere, good coffe and a wide selection of snacks and desserts. Also one of the few cafes open on Sunday morning.

I thought it’s exaggerating when people say they have the best coffee in Essen... well, they do have the best coffee in Essen. It’s been a while since I had a good coffee, really impressive.
The food seems really nice too though I haven’t tried. Lovely interior, music and atmosphere.

Food: nothing special. Everything tasted like food you can get at the nearest supermarket. Presentation is according to the German standards.

Place: decor is nice inside and they have a nice garden outside which is quite great for sunny and warm days.

Service: there's no table service. You have to order at the counter before getting a table.

Others: they don't accept payments with debit or credit cards
