The persons who were serving were extremely rude, didn't want to speak English and laughed to my face with his colleague. Also, after I arrived at the hotel I saw that they put the drink on its side in the bag and it was over all a Horrible experience, I am sorry and Very disappointed about this. This situation will also be reported to the local management.

I didn't think it was possible, but somehow this is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to, in any country, ever.

Fast service, friendly employees and the ice cream machine works. I believe it's the best one in Essen :)

Didn't expect much, didn't get much.
Service was nice, food was edible; Normal McDonalds quality
