Marleen was amazing. She was very helpful, friendly, and genuinely supportive of what is best for customers. I was able to try different products without feeling pressured by her and she was there to answer all the questions I had without any hesitations. She was knowledgeable of the products, recommendations and overall I felt relaxed to talk about my skin issues with her. People like Marleen should be managing retail stores like that as a leader.
