Habe auch mitbekommen das die Bett-Nachbarin gerne umgelagert werden wollte und nur patzig vom Personal so liegen gelassen wurde, so daß ich wieder der armen Frau geholfen habe. Wer auf Hilfe angewiesen ist, ist im Haus Berge verloren. Uns sieht da keiner mehr, zum Glück ist meine Oma da jetzt raus.

Mein Vater war 15 Tage auf der Geriatrischen Station um wieder ans laufen zu kommen.In der Zeit wurden weder seine Diabetes Medikamente noch seine verordneten Entwässerungstabletten verabreicht,weswegen er am selben Tag der Entlassung notfallmäßig mit RTW und Notarzt auf der Intensiv der Uniklinik gelandet ist.Zudem wurde mit dem Pflegedienst abgesprochen dass er erst nach den Feiertagen entlassen wird,woran sich aber nicht gehalten wurde.Somit wurde mein Vater ohne häuslich Betreuung entlassen.Dieses Haus ist absolut nichts zu empfehlen!!!Auch nach mehrmaliger Ansprache des Arztes was die Medikation angeht,hat sich dieser davon nichts angenommen und meinte nur es wurde nichts geändert.Ein absolut patientengefährdendes Verhalten!!!

Die Geriatrie ist in dem Haus überhaupt nicht gut. Mein Opa ist dort stationär und erzählt mir immer wieder man würde ihn anpampen wenn er schellen würde wenn er etwas benötigt. Er sagt außerdem, dass dort keiner auf das Tragen eines Mundschutzes achtet sondern nur wenn gesehen wird, dass Besuch anwesend ist,was unter diesen Covid-Umständen nicht tolerierbar ist. Abgesehen davon wird bei Problemen um 17 Uhr gesagt „…da kümmert sich der Nachtdienst dann drum!“ der erst 3-4 Stunden später kommt,egal ob wichtig oder nicht.
Absolut nicht empfehlenswert und enttäuschend.
