There are many things to say, the stay was at the level of the cost.
1. Carpet dirty because of mold or other dust difficult to clean, in the room and outside.
This gives the impression of not attention and a casual approach.
2. Breakfast, not enough choices as salt and sweet solutions, also in this case the approach seems casual and not professional. It is enough to focus on the best result for the money and give more options, not just bread but also brioches or something different.
3. The personnel seems good but not professional, more attention to the dialog, better English, motivation on hospitality (general motivation is good)
I think the social comments are on the same line and correct.
And I think is more a limit of Ibis than the personnel, vision and strategy seems missing
