- Bei einer Außentemperatur um den Nullpunkt, sind wir in ein Zimmer gekommen, in dem das Fenster geöffnet war und die Heizung nicht funktionierte.

- Das Bad war schimmelig, dreckig und hatte einen Wasserschaden über der Dusche
