Bei der Anmeldung, wurde es so kommuniziert , dass wenn man weiter weg zieht und es keine Möglichkeit gäbe zu trainieren, man aus seinem Vertrag kommt.

Nach 1 1/2 Jahren bin ich dann nach Borken gezogen, wollte wie damals versichert worden war außerordentlich kündigen .

Nein dies ging nicht , trotz Erwähnung wer er zugesichert hatte usw .
Sie bestanden darauf den Vertrag einzuhalten .
Am Ende habe ich dann eine Ausgleichszahlung getätigt .

Es ist ein Wirtschaftsunternehmen okay , aber mit lügen und betrügen sollte das nicht aufgebaut sein .
Und bei solchen Fällen zu sagen , du kannst doch 80km fahren um bei uns zu trainieren . Empfand ich als eine absolute Frechheit .

Ich habe auch nicht gemeckert als ständig Sauna duschen Wasser nicht funktionierte .
