i do not know why they do not fire that lady in reception. she is super rude. i believe she is not mentally normal because she is impolite with every one. i was standing in a room waiting or result of my examination for 4 hours and went there to ask ( very politely and quietly ) how long should i wait and she responded shouting and she said : you can be here for whole day and i do not care go take your sit and do not waste my time asking stupid questions . well if it was not hospital i would act differently for sure . i would suggest psychotherapy for her .

Negligent in their duties, they don't follow medical guidelines. Many workers are just arogant and would want you soon out of thier way rather than trying to find the cause for your ailment. It's sad they are a university who make helathcare workers of such low quality.

There is a rude lady receptionist in the ambulance section (emergency, Notfallaufnahme). She worked yesterday from 2 o clock afternoon she speaks english and was very rude not only with me but even with other patients. I have seen a patient telling her that "you are rude" what she replied was really funny "i am not rude i am loud ."
I request the hospital to hire people who have Patience especially for the reception section (Anmeldung). The earlier shift women was really polite, but this lady was ruthless.

We've spent five days here and I'm not entirely satisfied with the pediatric section (K2) of this hospital. The doctors and most of the nurses are very competent, but others just see it as a 9 to 5 which is very aggravating when your child is in pain.

There is no real co-ordination between the team which leads to things being overlooked, forgotten or simply going wrong.

I would like to give the doctors five stars for their professionalism and efforts, but the rest of it such as the disinterested personnel (not all of them), the tiny rooms for two families and the lack of internal communication drags it down to three.

Foreign patience service is awful! Despite we have provided full history of illness, hospital invited us, first they checked what was previously known (this is ok, even good) and then hospital said that there is nothing further they can do, and cancelled next appointment due to unexplained reasons. Why were we even invited?? Just to confirm what was prevously known? When we were looking for better solutions/answers/advise... did not expect such a thing from German Klinik.

The first thing that they do is to try to get rid of you as a patient. If you are lucky, you may be seen by an arrogant semi-competent trainee, who doesn't have a clue and just doesn't care. So much for the "fantastic" healthcare system in Germany.
