Very good food. Very friendy service from the owner of the restaurant. They make most of the food themselfes and are very passionate. We had an amazing meal and it was very low on cost. Would definitely visit again.

My main course (fajita) was tasty and rich, with tortillas, rice, a side salad, sour cream and guacamole.
Unfortunately, the tortillas were burnt on one side and too hard, the rice was delicious, the sour cream was ok too (I would have liked to have had a little more), the guacamole was a bit too acidic for me.

The dessert (tiramisu) was unfortunately a total failure, I'm so sorry. The portion was large, but apart from the looks it didn't have much in common with a tiramisu.
No ladyfingers were used, but a biscuit base, the cream was very firm, not particularly airy or creamy, as is otherwise known from whipped egg white and otherwise it was very compact and tasteless. No amaretto was used as the alcohol component. You can also use Marsala, but the classic Amaretto is more common and well-known. Overall, the tiramisu wasn't sweet at all either. It's a pity, because such a classic is actually not too difficult to prepare and very tasty.

Actually I would have to deduct a point for appetizer, tortillas and tiramisu, but I don't want to be like that.

If it was only about the main course, I would also like to give the Culinarios another chance, because it tasted really good. ☺️

Abholen bestellt - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, leider war das Essen insgesamt eher durchwachsen.

Bestellt hatten wir 2x Crostini (1x Mozzarella und 1x Bruschetta), 1x Enchilada de Pollo, 1x Fajita di Manzo u0026 2x Tiramisu.

Die Crostini Mozzarella waren überbacken. Bei meinen Crostini Bruschetta dachte ich zunächst, das Topping aus Tomaten, Zwiebeln u0026 co wäre separat gepackt worden. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass gar nichts dabei war - ich hatte also lediglich Knoblauchbrot. Nochmal hinfahren war keine Option, da wir aus Gladbeck abgeholt hatten. Schade.

Mein Hauptgericht (Fajita) war lecker und reichhaltig, dazu gab es Tortillas, Reis, einen Beilagensalat, Sour Cream und Guacamole.
Die Tortillas waren leider einseitig verbrannt und zu hart, der Reis war lecker, die Sour Cream auch in Ordnung (hätte gerne ein wenig mehr sein dürfen), die Guacamole hatte mir eine Spur zu viel Säure.

Das Dessert (Tiramisu) war leider ein Totalausfall, so leid es mir tut. Die Portion war zwar groß, aber mit einem Tiramisu hatte es abgesehen von der Optik nicht allzu viel gemeinsam.
Es wurden keine Löffelbiskuits, sondern ein Biskuitboden verwendet, die Creme war sehr fest, nicht sonderlich luftig oder cremig, wie man es aufgrund aufgeschlagenem Eiweiß sonst kennt und auch sonst war es sehr kompakt und geschmacklos. Als Alkoholkomponente wurde kein Amaretto verwendet. Man kann zwar durchaus auch mal Marsala nehmen, geläufiger und bekannter ist jedoch der klassische Amaretto. Insgesamt war das Tiramisu auch überhaupt nicht süß. Sehr schade, denn eigentlich ist so ein Klassiker nicht allzu schwer zuzubereiten und sehr lecker.

Eigentlich müsste ich für Vorspeise, Tortillas und Tiramisu je einen Punkt abziehen, aber ich will mal nicht so sein.

Würde es nur um das Hauptgericht gehen, würde ich dem Culinãrios auch gern noch eine Chance geben, denn das war geschmacklich wirklich gut. ☺️

Schöne culinaris card Erfahrung, super netter Service, sehr umfangreiche Speisekarte, ein Essen in schöner Atmosphäre. Nudeln mit top Garnelen sowie Hähnchen in Pfeffersosse haben uns gut geschmeckt, der Espresso war kräftig und heiß. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch ohne culinaris card ein sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis!
