The location is fantastic! Price is high and you expect a luxury feeling for such a price. But unfortunately the personnel and manager are very unfriendly and unprofessional. When you enter to the restaurant and ask for a table, they ask if you want to only drink! Or you want to eat as well! It has a role to get a table with a better view!
The way they serve the food is really low class.
And the food is nothing special to cost 3 times more than a regular restaurant.

I have the feeling that they are only charging for the location and they dont care about guest and food and hospitality, since they know the location will sell anyway.

The place has a really nice view from the terrace. The food is OK, but the table service is horrible. They forgot to bring the sides for 3 of us for the steaks, and don’t start me talking about drink orders.

It’s way too expensive for this kind of service, choose another steak house if you can.

The meal we had was delicious but unfortunately the service was not as good as it should be. The place has a wonderful view.

The worst customer service ever, specially the manager is so rude and unprofessional. He needs to be fired asap, it is a pity that such a beautiful location has an awful manager like him!

I ordered medium-well but I received almost rare with blood all over my plate! Which might be due to misunderstanding. Rather than that, service was perfect! Atmosphere was nice, staff were friendly!
