Excellent service, nice staff, delicious breakfast, all rooms are very clean and comfortable, good location. The owner of the hotel is a very responsible and helpful person.

Great location if you desire to go shopping less than a 10 minute drive to the large shopping centre. Breakfast was great and the owner himself cooked it for us and saw we had to very young children and didn't charge us for them considering they are very little. We was on the top floor. There was no noise very little traffic to deal with. Parking was less than a minute walk. Would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money.

The room we were given was in a basement and it was damp and mouldy. The smell was overwhelming. My 3 year old refused to use the duvet provided as she said it was too smelly. We had to cover her with clothes and towels. The bedding was also mouldy and smelly. Had we arrived earlier, we would have changed the hotel. Avoid room 15!

Everything is very cheap! Furniture, food, quality.
From 16 tv channels three did not work, the others nobody really watches.
My room was very loud and vibrated every time the train past. Breakfast is rubbish we had to ask for eggs and you only get one per person.
Will not be staying here again.

Free parking all around hotel. Conveniently situated less than a 15 minute drive from sealife, LEGOLAND and centro shopping mall. Staff extremely friendly, breakfast in the morning was very relaxed with a good selection. Our 2 young children were made to feel very welcome the rooms were clean, bright and homely. Only downside is there is no lift and we were on the top floor of the building lugging travelcots and bags up the stairs. This said, i would still highly reccomend and definatly stay again

Nice and simple Bu0026B. All the furniture is from the IKEA with some wear and tear. But all okay. The bathroom is fine enough but the details should monitored (Black silicone round the shower). Breakfast is simple and delicious, but lacks some fine tuning and a little bit more extras like yoghurt.
