Haus hat eine gute, zentrale Lage. Zimmer wie beschrieben i.O.. Nicht für gehbehinderte Gäste geeignet, da auf alle Fälle Treppen zu überwinden sind (Frühstück im Kellergeschoß). Frühstück war für uns nicht zufriedenstellend: Kaffee zu schwach, 2 Brötchen pro Gast zugeteilt, kein Buffet. In der Ferienwohnung wurde Dusche + WC mit Glaswand im Zimmer eingebaut, wodurch bei Dunkelheit das Zimmer mit beleuchtet wird und alles sichtbar/hörbar ist. Erfurt selbst hat sich gelohnt.
