For about 140€/night we didn't find the expected comfort at all ( compared to another hotel 40% less expensive in Nurnberg a few days earlier) As it was already mentioned, the room was spacious but had a weird layout (in our case we enter from the outside hallway directly to the bathroom area of the room), there were two coffee tables and two Tv's which are absolutely unnecessary but there is no decent wardrobe space except the hangers, no place to hand towels next to the sink, no fridge, no welcome bottle of water let alone other small compliments which is ok if the hotel pretends for eco-friendly label but it is not explained clearly. Wi-Fi is not very strong but enough to work on PC. The bedlights constantly make some little weird electric plug noises and they have a permanent small self-illumination which is a bit distracting at night since there are right next to your head.
Generally, this hotel does not fit the brand name.
All the rest is OK: check-in, breakfast, beds and cleanliness
The view from the window on the old city and hotel location was really nice

No space for a suitcase, no room for a shaving kit. Shower was large but encroached on the toilet space. Weird room layout. Breakfast and common area downstairs were wonderful.

Tiny room, not fully cleaned. The spa is out of order for at least a month. The AC in the gym is also broken. The wifi in the room is barely working (not enough to work). And to top it off the staff is very rude. Not worth the money

Great place stay close to town, the breakfast was super everything you want and more we stayed 3 night total.

Nice room. Tasty breakfast. There is a wide range of items to choose from on the buffet, hot and cold. The rooms were clean and unique. It's an extra 5€ to use the spa and fitness centre. Location is convenient, central, and near many shops.

Apart from the clearly tired and grumpy receptionist we encountered on arrival everything else was really great! The rooms were very pretty, new, tidy and clean, and the beds slept really well!! Breakfast was great - good variety and the staff were very diligent and helpful. Overall a really great experience. Would recommend!
