Nach dem Kauf meines Porsches stellte sich leider ein Problem mit den vorderen Bremsen heraus. Daher entschied ich mich in das Porschezentrum Erfurt zu fahren. Im PZ angekommen wurde man sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Nach einem kurzen Gespräch am Empfang bat man mich kurz zu warten, man würde sich kümmern und jemand schaut sich das Problem gleich an. Nach kurzer Zeit nahm ein Mitarbeiter das Fahrzeug mit in die Werkstatt. Dort stellte man fest, dass die Bremsen ausgetauscht werden müssen und man stellte mir einen Ersatzwagen zu Verfügung, da zu diesem Zeitpunkt die Klärung des Garantiefalles noch ausstand. Das PZ stellte daraufhin den Garantieantrag und informierte mich täglich über den aktuellen Bearbeitungsstand. Nach Genehmigung wurde umgehend die Reparatur eingeleitet und ich konnte meinen Porsche mit neuen Bremsen wenige Tage später wieder abholen.

Ich bedanke mich für den überragenden Einsatz der Mitarbeiter und freue mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch.
