Friendly and helpful trainers. This facility seems understaffed though. Looks like they need a dedicated front desk staff. Also some of the equipment need to be changed or revamped.

Gym is okay, really not crowded most of the time. Quite a lot of people between 17 and 19, but for all other times of the day it's good. It provides all equipment you need.
