The ghost hotel!

My son and I booked a room via booking.com and got a confirmation. As we knew we would be arriving late (we wrote this in the booking) we tried to call the hotel to confirm our arrival. No one answered the phone and when we got there we saw two other numbers on the locked front door. We tried both plus the one we had from booking.com but to no avail. 15 calls in all and no answer. We went around to the back door and found it wide open - with entry to the buffet hall where the tv was on, and the water tap was running - but not a soul in sight! We stayed for about 1/2 hour calling and knocking on doors but besides a couple of other guests (who did not have any extra info) no one showed up!

We ended up having to stay at another hotel in town!

Breakfast is great, the hotel provides free maps in the lobby, rooms are clean and tidied up every night, and the location is great. Only five minutes from the historic center of town. A great stop.

Spent 7 nights in this hotel in 2017. Hotel was quite clean and staff behavior was cool. Breakfast was served by hotel was also good.

Great quality-price relation. 13 min walking from the Dom. Pretty big rooms, also the individuals ones.
Close to the tram stop. Some decent sight to the street as well.

Cosy room, warms up in seconds, interesting views (309), clean bathroom and an unusual bedding arrangement.

3rd and 4th flr have barely any signal for the wLan for the breakfast buffet is great
