I want to thank medical staff of your hospital for professionalism! My sister was operated on 12 of October for 10 hours. I even cannot imagine how hard to operate for such a long for doctors! But I certainly know that you are real heroes!!!
Unfortunately I didn’t get visa to come to Germany (though I applied four times from June after I know about her sickness)and to be with her, to support and help. I called to hospital after operation and medical staff was very kind, answered the questions very polite. Thank you very much! I appreciate everything you do for my sister!

Doctors are competent, nurses are friendly, sometimes there were some waiting lines, but even then receptionist stayed highly attentive to every patient. One point to improve - parking devises don't accept cards, and only accept one bill per payment. So I got 44 Euro payback in coins.

Kam am Freitag in die Notfallambulanz wegen starker Schmerzen und ständigem Erbrechen! In der Ambulanz war die Betreuung gut!
Ich wurde auf Station 23 gelegt und sollte nächsten Tag wieder nach Hause! Da mich aber heftigste Krämpfe quälten "durfte" ich bleiben! Sonntag ging es etwas besser, aber nicht gut! Folglich wurde ich Montag "rausgeschmissen"! Mein Allgemeinzustand: Kaum Kraft, da 5 kg in 1,5 Wochen verloren, nur am Zittern, Schmerzen und starke Übelkeit!
Musste gehen und auf der Fahrt nach Hause nur erbrochen. Ins Klinikum angerufen und bekam gesagt: Sie sind kein Notfall, fahren sie nach Hause sich aklimatisieren!
Zu Hause nur im Bett gelegen, Krämpfe und heftiges erbrechen! Blutdruck ging durch die Decke (siehe Foto)!
Aber Hauptsache entlassen!
Unverantwortlich, mit Menschenleben zu spielen! Station 23, Gastronterologie, ist NICHT zu empfehlen! So schlimm es sich anhört, der Tod wird in Kauf genommen!

Wir waren schon oft aufgrund von Fieberkrämpfen unserer Zwillinge auf Station 32 und die Betreuung durch das Pflegepersonal und die Ärzte fanden wir als Eltern sehr gut. Ich finde trotz des Personalmangel das alle, sowohl in der Hygiene, Reinigung und Medizinisches Fachpersonal etc., dort ihr bestes geben und sich Zeit genommen wurde. Vielen Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle für die schnelle und freundliche Versorgung.:)

Mein Mann lag eine Woche auf der Gefäßchirurgie und ich kann nur Gutes sagen. Die Ärzte haben eine richtig gute Arbeit geleistet, es waren immer genug Schwestern und Pfleger da, die sich gekümmert haben. Ich habe es selbst mit erleben können. Vielen Dank nochmal an alle! Ebenso finde ich die Parkanlagen draußen sehr schön zum laufen und erholen, auch die Cafeteria, in der man sich draußen wie drinnen hinsetzen kann. Das einzige, was ich noch gerne anbringen würde, wäre frisches Obst zu den Mahlzeiten. Der Quark und der Obstkompott aus der Dose haben zuviel Zucker und zu wenig Vitamine.
