Great combined groceries and households goods store ... well layed out; offering varieties of items at semi competitive pricing ... unfortunately for some reasons the credit cards from other countries were not being accepted, so we end up paying cash to a very unhelpful and somewhat rude cashier ... we will contact the store manager to find out the reasons or was there something wrong with that particular card machine at the cashier ...
We re-visited this store and found out that there is a major issue, unknown to the store manager, with each cashier card reader for Visa and MasterCard ...while our card which would not get processed at the cashier's card reader easily and with no problems would be ok at the store information desk card reader ... This certainly creates a problem when purchasing goods at this store, I hope the management will look into this and try to rectify it ... This situation also would create an issue with Visa and MasterCard with this branch of the Globus ...
We visited their other branch and had no problems ...but the other store location is not convenient and the other store is much smaller ...
We hope to get a resolution from the store management ...
