Das teuerste Fischbrötchen meines Lebens! Habe heute hier einem Schild mit der Empfehlung des Tages geglaubt. Das war keine gute Idee. Für stolze 8,90 Euro habe ich Räucherlachs mit Avocadocreme im Brötchen bekommen. Wie das angekündigte Muschelbrötchen sah mein Brötchen auch nicht aus. Wobei ich aber auch nicht genau weiß, wie ein Muschelbrötchen aussieht.

Wenn das Gericht wenigstens hübsch angerichtet gewesen wäre, hätte ich es evtl. noch akzeptiert. War es aber nicht. Demnach hat das Tagesangebot mehr als das Doppelte zu den anderen Fischbrötchen gekostet und sah nicht halb so gut aus.

Ansonsten ist der Hofladen nett eingerichtet. Hier kann man geräucherten Fisch usw. kaufen.

Die Fische wurden gerade heute wieder aus den Zuchtbetrieben mit dem LKW angeliefert und in die kleinen Bassins eingefüllt.

Wir waren jetzt wiederholt im Hofladen und haben vor Ort ein leckeres Fischbrötchen und einen Lachsforellenburger gegessen und auch geräucherten Fisch sowie frischen Fisch mitgenommen.
Auch nach dem dritten oder vierten Mal total nette und sympathische Bedienung. Es entsteht kein Stress oder Druck. Ich kann in Ruhe aussuchen und dann wird frisch "geliefert".
Klar hat das seinen Preis, aber genauso ist es wenn ich regionale Fleischprodukte kaufe und da leg ich wert drauf.
Absolut zu empfehlen wenn mann frischen Fisch und leckere andere Produkte haben möchte.

Warum nur 4 Sterne 》》 leider nicht komplett barrierefrei (Sanitäreinrichtung) und das ist ein Kriterium für uns.
Service und Geschmack verdienen 5 Sterne.
Vor 5 Wochen wurde uns ne Kühlbox mit Kühlmitteln zur Verfügung gestellt, da wir von Erfurt aus noch etwas mehr als 1 Stunde Autofahrt vor uns hatten.????

Also absolut empfehlenswert!
