Dann musste wir den guten Mann erneut anrufen um die Schlüssel aus einer Box zu holen und fragten ob sich dann am Preis was machen ließe, da wir nicht (wie versprochen und gebucht!!!) nah an der Altstadt waren, was für uns neben dem Preis ein Grund für die Buchung war, er nahm unser Anliegen nicht ernst, im Hintergrund wurde laut gelacht. Die Wohnung an sich war relativ sauber und das Bett groß mit WLAN und Ausstattung in Küche. Trotzdem nie wieder, bei so einem unseriösen Anbieter.

Wie hatten eine Ferienwohnung vom 13.6.2021 bis zum 19.06.2021 gebucht. Eine solche versiffte , dreckige, Ferienwohnung hatten wir noch nie. Die Küche klebte vor Dreck, die Schränke waren kaputt. Im Gefrierschrank lagen Haare. Die Bettwäsche war fleckig und die Handtücher waren mal weiß, voller Flecken. Im Badezimmer waren Elektroinstallationen, die schon gefährlich waren. Hinter der Waschmaschine wurde wohl nie geputzt. Bei der Klobürste musste man würgen. Wir zogen es vor in der Küche nicht zu kochen.
Das Wohnzimmer war einigermaßen sauber, aber alle Ecken rund geputzt und die Fußleisten voll mit Dreck. Die Gardinen gilb vom rauchen und so stank es auch in der Wohnung. Rollade waren kaputt und im Badezimmer noch nicht mal einen vernünftigen Sichtschutz. Der Vermieter war nicht vor Ort und nur leider telefonisch zu erreichen.Positiv waren die freundlichen Bewohner des Hauses und die Nähe zur Altstadt.

Eine völlig normale Frage in der Tourismusbranche, die eine Rezeption 50x am Tag beantwortet und dennich ruhig und freubdlich bleiben sollte!! Wir kennen viele Vermieter, da wir 2x im Jahr eine Unterkunft in Erfurt buchen. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Auch sagte er, das wir gern stornieren können. Ich formulierte es jetzt freundlich. Seine Nachrichten habe ich an Booking weitergeleitet. Noch weniger willkommen kann man uns nich heissen. Wir können ihn aufgrund seiner frechen Art in keinster Form weiter empfehlen!!! Da zahle ich keinen Cent. Er hat den völlig falschen Job!! Weiter so, das wirkt seeeehr einladend. Daher ist sogar der 1 Stern zu viel!!!
