Nice hotel, clean and well located, walking distance to downtown Erfurt. Breakfast was good, and good selection. Bit slow Internet but worked. Did not take any pictures from the hotel but here is one from one of my walks around town.

This is rather older 4⭐️ hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds are soft and comfortable. What is missing is coffee machine and mini bar is empty (is meant to be for personal purposes) however in the lobby there is refreshment and drinks available everyday.
The hotel staff is nice and kind. The breakfast is rich and very delicious ????????????????
A strip bar is part of the hotel complex what one can find convenient.

It's a five star hotel, which lacks in so many things. You pay quite a lot for the room and you'll get additionally charged for the parking and for some culture fee, which is ok, but would be nice if it gets mentioned upfront, when checking in. Our first room: Garbage can wasn't emptied and it was quite loud because of some air conditioning from the spa area. Second room: Multiple brown curled hair in the bath tub, black spots on the tile joints. Missing hot water in the common lady restrooms...and very bad service in general. We wanted to mention all these flaws, but didn't even got ask how our stay had been, actually the lady who checked us out wasn't quite polite. The only upside: Excellent food, even if you wait an eternity to get served - although you are the only one in the restaurant.

Overall it was good. However, seeing as this is supposed to be a five star hotel, it did not live to my expectations. I will try to keep it short, bear in mind that this expresses my personal experience from the last three stays. YMMV. Bad: Only one bottle of water for the entire stay. Water is not that expensive. All four star hotels I've stayed in gave me a new one after the old was empty. No amenities in the room. Why does a five star hotel have to use these horrible generic shower gel dispensers? Sure, it produces less waste - but at least have separate shampoo and conditioner. AC was loud in room 320, even when only set to ventilate on the lowest setting. There is a table dance bar in the hotel. This should have out me off in the first place - a five star hotel with a strip club not five meters from it? Why? Good: Staff were friendly The breakfast selection was very good. Some regional products, fresh fruit salad,... everything good The hotel is close to the cathedral and the city in general. Everything was in walking distance. The room and hotel were very clean and comfortable (apart from the AC) Parking available, price is more or less the same as in other hotels

Former Pullman-Hotel. Modern style. Spacy rooms. Great Breakfast Buffet. Parking garage 4€ /h. Very near to the famous cathedral and the old down town. Polite and helpful staff.

I've always had a good stay at the Pullman. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The restaurant and bar are nice and the staff is very good (and speaks English). The Pullman is 10-minute walk from the central part of town.
