We have been ordering from Dominos quite often since 2016.
Today, unfortunately, a small mistake crept into our order (different name on the bell than stated / due to the stupid automatic filling in of the smartphones and not checking again).

In the heat of the moment, the thumb was faster on the "order" button than reacting and correcting the error. Less than 2 minutes later we called to ask for the name change in the shop. The clerk affirmed our correction. 50 minutes later (after the orders usually never lasted longer than 20-35 minutes, since we live in the immediate vicinity). We called the shop a second time to check if everything was going according to plan with our delivery. The clerk said rudely that our name wasn't on the doorbell (although we had clarified and confirmed this by phone 53 minutes beforehand). Unfortunately, after we said, disappointingly, that we didn't think it was okay, the employee looked for further errors at the expense of the customer, such as the cell phone number wasn't correct either.
It's a shame that you can't find any other way of dealing with "regular customers" than behaving like this. And no solution. Or even find a goodwill solution. Bad service. Unfortunately bad employee who has not been taught how to deal with paying customers.
It's sad enough when companies like this don't have to value good service. Without being personally offensive, however, such an employee is not truly gifted with people skills.

Allerdings möchten auch wir uns heute leider dieser breiten Masse Anschließen.

Wir bestellen seit 2016 des öfteren bei Dominos.
Heute hatte sich leider ein kleiner Fehler in unsere Bestellung geschlichen (anderer Name an der Klingel, als angegeben / dem blöden automatischen ausfüllen der Smartphones und nicht nochmaligem kontrollieren geschuldet).

Im Eifer des gefechtes war der Daumen schneller auf dem "Bestell" Button, als das Reagieren und Korrigieren des Fehlers. Keine 2 Minuten später riefen wir für die Bitte der Namensänderung im Shop an. Der Angestellte bejahte unsere Korrektur. 50 minuten später, (nachdem i.d.R. die Bestellungen nie länger als 20-35min. dauerten, da wir in unmittelbarer Umgebung wohnen). Riefen wir ein 2. Mal im Shop an, um nachzufragen ob mit unserer Lieferung alles planmäßig verläuft. Der Angestellte meinte patzig, unser Name hätte nicht am Klingelschild gestanden (obwohl wir dies telefonisch 53 min. vorher geklärt und bestätigt bekommen hatten). Nachdem wir leider enttäuschend geäußert haben, dass wir das nicht okay finden, wurde seitens des Angestellten weitere fehler auf Lasten des Kundens gesucht wie beispielsweise die Handynummer hätte ja auch nicht gestimmt.
Schade, dass man mit "Stammbestellern" keinen anderen Umgang findet als sich so zu verhalten. Und keine Lösung. Oder gar eine Kulanzlösung findet. Schlechter Service. Leider schlechter Angestellter, der nicht gelernt bekommen hat wie man mit zahlenden Kunden umgeht.
Traurig genug, wenn solche Unternehmen auf einen guten Service nicht wertlegen müssen. Ohne persönlich angreifend zu sein, ist jedoch ein solcher Angestellter nicht wirklich von Sozialkompetenz gesegnet.
