Nicht nur das der name geschützt ist und auf Holzkohlegrill zubereitet werden muss, auch ist es grundsätzlich schon eine Beleidigung diese dann auf Gas zu grillen (wenn es auch anders möglich wäre) — und als i-Tüpfelchen, dann noch 3,50€ zu verlangen. Einmal und nie wieder (auch wenn die Wurst selbst gut war, aber das kratzt schon an der Thüringer Ehre). Leider zu spät gesehen, auf der anderen Seite von Domplatz gibt die „richtige“ auf Holzkohlegrill für nur 1,50€!
