We had a wonderful stay in the city of Erfurt. The service and accommodation at the Best Westin Excelsior were very good. The buffet breakfast is tasty and varied enough to ensure most tastes are catered for. Friendly and helpful staff. Herr Le was our favorite.

Hotel and rooms are OK. But still a bad smell of smoking in the living room side (non smoking room) and very limited room service (no automatic cleaning, no replacement of empty water bottles). Need to be improved.

Great service. Most staff speaks English and everything is very aesthetically pleasing. Beds are comfortable and rooms are nice, modern, and clean.

Ok for business trips. Some rooms are directly at a big street and thus quite loud

Not expensive, clean hotel. The hostel staff very friendly. Reach breakfasts.
