Disclaimer: I did not stay overnight myself, but my colleagues told me to give a full 5-star rating for those as well.
I, personally, got to experience the service however - and each and everyone there is very welcoming and helpful, although I am aware we are a tough crowd at times.
A very special thanks to everyone at the restaurant, who were not only very forthcoming when it was about 'mere' special requests (like in, "I'd like the meat, but with the vegetables you serve with the fish"), but also incredibly competent when asked to make sure that things their guests are allergic to (nuts, in my case) won't be used.
Lastly, the food was incredible (see photos attached, I strongly recommend to have dinner there yourself), making the three-day event an overall pleasant occasion. Thanks for that!

Beautiful, quiet with excellent service, we wished we stayed longer.
Our room was luxurious, our bed comfortable and all the amenities of excellent quality. Body wash was specially enjoyable.
Did not have time for the spa and sauna, we did have dinner and breakfast at the hotel (see review for ZiZOu restaurant)
We will definitely make it a point to stay here again

Great hotel near the airport. Staff is amazingly helpful and the rooms were very nice. The hotel is close to the airport so naturally not a lot of places to walk to nearby. You can get a tram into the city but the station is a 10 min walk. Great place for business trip stays or if you have a car.

I had a last minute change made to my flights leaving me to land in Dusseldorf and I booked this last minute as it was close to the airport and I needed to take a train next morning. Wow what a nice hotel. clean room. Excellent beds and wow spacious room. I opted to have the breakfast as well . A bit on the pricy side but excellent choices in all items as well as a cook to order station. Best part I didn't have to go to city centre to get the train as train station is also very much near with ICE service!

This is a very nice , modern Hotel.
The staff is super friendly (never met such amazing people, they knew what they were talking about, helped where they could, if you asked them, never bothered you, when you weren't asking. *Big Applause*). Why 4 Stars ... ? The Beds ... way to soft if you asked me and didn't like the pillows at all. And also the aircool ... set it before the event to 18 degree c (iam a cold sleeper) , came back after the event and the temperature raised instead of lowered from 21 to 22,5 degrees c.

Booked the hotel to stay the night before our flight. Great service and a terrific view on the airport and the surroundings from the 11th floor. A big room on the corner of the building. The birds of prey were flying in close view.

Friendly staff. Good value for money. Nice food in restaurant. Comfortable and clean rooms.
