The only good thing is that it is in front of the business fair. It does not deserve 4stars. No amenities in the bathroom. No gym. Kitchen closed at 8:30 pm. And lunch not ever opened. Imposible to get some food out of german timetables. Very slow service room. They Only offer food from restaurants outside that spend about 1 hour to serve it. And when doing the check out the receptionist ask you how was the stance and I explain this problems the answer was "it is not in my own". ????. Very kind. Avoid this hotel if you can

This hotel is part of Fortuna Dusseldorf stadium. Restaurant is onto tribune behind the bars. Awesome!

Disclaimer : This rate is not related to the hotel itself but to its management.

After weeks of the hotel pressuring us in June 2020 into paying for the rooms to "secure" a reservation for the end of November 2020, we learned in August that the exhibition we were supposed to attend was canceled.

We then asked the hotel to move the reservation for November 2021 (and therefore NO cancellation) but they told us we could only keep 30% of our prepayment but that we would have to pay AGAIN 70% of the amount (which was for 10 rooms). We would even have agreed to go for the other way around to support this establishment in this time of crisis, but what the way they act is simply a steal.

This way of doing is outrageous and therefore we highly recommend anyone who reads this not to go to this hotel at least until the pandemic is over.

It's OK as a stop over place, sorry but the food was appalling, pasta bows with a very sour tomato sauce and pretty basic salad. The room was nice but just one towel in a family room for 3! Room clean, polite staff.

Had to stay here due to my transfer flight going a little early. So Eurowings put me up for the night here. Fantastic hotel staff who speak great English and are very friendly, which completely relaxed me after the stress of missing my flight. Being in a famous football stadium was a huge bonus being a massive football fan and the views of the ground are stunning. Would happily return if I have another connecting flight through Dusseldorf. Amazing time and great experience so thank you all staff at the Tulip Inn.

The rooms are like any other average / plain hotel room, no mini bar no complimentary bottle of water. There is wifi . . . But limited to 250Mb, and then you have to pay (seriously).
2 Stars for the awesome barman in the lobby - he knows his game!

One Place to relax and to work without knowing that you work.!! The location is just unique and perfect for any soccer fan.
We one of the best food choices and the staff was very helpful and kind too.
