The Stadternahmemonument is the most unique statue I have ever seen. Located in the Old Town, this large monument was created in 1988, commemorating the 700th anniversary of the city rights to Dusseldorf, Germany. We were treated to a detailed explanation of this beautiful statue by locals
Klaus u0026 Karin! The statue depicts the Battle of Worringen, the City Seal, and Parish Church. The statue is in a bustling area of town, where there is so much to see and do. Do yourself a favor and check out this magnificent monument!

I loved this monument. Unfortunately there is no English description. But it has incredible details.

If someone is hopping around Altstadt, it's a must visit monument. See it in daylight. Have a look every figure from different angle.

Weird looking metal statue with lots of interesting details. Definitely worth a short visit.
