Normally great pizza. But today if was delivered in 2 hours, and for some reason they cut the edges off? Why?

Are you kidding me?
I ordered one medium pizza and two big ben and jerry ice creams. But what delivered was a small size in different taste (!) and one small incream!!!
I called the restaurant (many times) and I explained that the delivery was wrong, and he argued not. So I said I can send you the screenshot of my order and then he said ok, ok I will send you what you ordered.
He didn’t even say sorry!!

I normally have low standards for service quality in Germany, but this is one of the worst.
I doubt if the employee is cheating with orders and payments somehow. Because I see some pattern here that the wrong receipt shows the same price that I pay but the actual food delivered is smaller sizes.

Delivery was fine, but food is terrible quality, you will only enjoy this if you do not know good quality pizza.
