Total irresponsible doctor and stuff. Took 40 min journey there for the appointment that they provided, only to find out that the Doctor didn't even come and nobody bothered to even notify. Now the staff called the doctor and told to come back next day again, with total rudeness as if it us not their mistake.
I don't think they understand that people make plans and the time has value.

Super kind and thoughtful staff/lady answering the phone, the emergency doctor and Dr. Germaschewski who really helped us/ treated my husband so well yesterday. Thank you.

I had a Ear operation and it went preety well. I was helped with many english speaking people and were very helpful. The food was not the great but it was fine. Overall I had a good and nice experience. Thanks to the staffs

Please take the diagnosis of Dr. Grün and Dr. Xhao of the HNO department with care!! After presenting our 6-year old son with hearing loss to the team, both doctors were certain that after an operation, our son would most likely fully regain his hearing again. After a 10 minute hearing test they confirmed their diagnosis (Otosclerosis) and proposed an operation slot on the next day (!) that had become available. We were very surprised by this diagnosis (having obtained different feedback of other doctors in the past) and decided to postpone the operation and in the meantime get a second opinion from another hospital. In the second opinion, earlier diagnosis of an inoperable hearing loss were confirmed. If we wouldn´t have challenged the diagnosis of Dr. Grün and Dr. Xhao, our son would have undergone a unnecessary and very risky operation. I´m really disappointed by how this specialist team took a 10 minute hearing test above all test results from the past and made an assumption that could have had a major negative impact on our son, both physically and psychologically!
