Great service and solid experience overall with no real downsides.

Stayed here on a short business trip to Dusseldorf. They gave me a nice and fairly large room. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable.

Breakfast was fine except for the hot items. Hot items like the scrambled eggs tasted like they were convenience food to me.

The hotel hardware is ok. You can see it's not super modern and new, but everything is well-kept. You also notice they invest to maintain the hotel's standard (e.g., the TV in my room seemed almost new as if it was recently upgraded).

Overall, I would give like 4.5 stars out of 5.

Stayed at the Raddisson Blu Media Harbour for two nights after discharge from Hospital.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and even organised extra pillows for our bedroom to help with my comfort. In particular, Kristoff was exceptionally kind and helped to make our stopover as calm and relaxing as possible before we headed home. I would highly recommend staying. Also the location is fantastic. Thank you.

Very nice hotel, nice location in Dusseldorf. The receptionists we are professional, and friendly. They helped a lot to do appointment bookings and answer questions. Breakfast was nice, not bad in selection of food, however it starts and finish early 7:00 - 9:30 AM so make sure you arrive early to have enough time to eat. My only issue is parking, no free parking. I had a rental car and had to park it in the nearby parking lot, costs on average 15 euros a day, some days it charged me 8 euros, don't really understand the pricing. So if you have a car make a budget for parking. Overall for a 4 star hotel, it's good. Is there room for improvements? Definitely. For example, offer a good price for parking for guests or offer free parking.

The room was nice, quite large - but was positioned directly under the entrance so had the smell of smokers wafting up.

The windows are full ceiling-to-floor, giving a great view out the front. The bathroom in the middle was large, clean with a modern sink design and well-stock with amenities; the shower having two strong heads in a big a big wet room surrounded by frosted glass, so felt a bit odd showering and being able to view outside!

The wall featured some odd metal wall shelves - not sure what they were for - and an odd placement of power points; I guessing a desk was positioned there at one time but since had been moved. Annoyingly there was no power point over near the bed, so I had to stretch a cable from the far wall. The small bedside table was mostly occupied with phone - I still don't know why hotels don't wall-mount their phones to free up room for the bedside table.

In all, a good stay away, and I'd certainly look at returning.. but will insist on a room away from the entrance to reduce night noise and smells.

Positive: Very good breakfast, staff at the bar and at breakfast was very nice.
Negative: The room we booked was jot available. We got downgraded without monetary compensation (room was prepaid). When we raised this to the receptionist, she ignored the question. Further, the views for premium rooms were not as advertised on Expedia but rather not exciting. See attached. The cleaning services did not replace towels and shower gel/ shampoo by itself. Had to go to the reception to fetch it.
Overall - I cannot recommend this place due to bad experience at check-in.

Very modern hotel, rooms feel like a your in designer accomodation. Fresh and comfortable, new inside, unique spacious showers and bathrooms. Breakfast was good as are the large spaces around the hotel too. Good access to lots of nightlife and parking is easy and cheap.

We stayed for several months here. The staff already knew our special wishes and helped to grant them at any time. The rooms where always tidy and clean, unfortunately there where no special beddings available.
The international breakfast was rich and ❤️ without a thing missing.
Only minus for me is the bathroom equipment.
For long-term stay there shouldn't be small plastic packed soaps. Please think about the environment.
