We bought one coupon from Groupon and went this Pizza Hut to order pizza. They did not know how to scan it or they did not have the application, I really don’t know what it was but we had 2 functioning coupons. Even though that was their mistake, they made us wait for more than 20 minutes after the pizzas were already done, they manually searched all the names of the coupon holders by scrolling down a pdf and we waited all that time while our pizzas were getting cold. After 20-25 minutes he still could not find and he told us that we can go?!?. It was their mistake since we had a coupon and money to pay the pizza but they didn’t know how to scan it, in the end we paid their mistakes price by wasting time and eating ice cold pizza in the end. Never again !

Just ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza from this pizza hut store, it was extremely bad! There was no cheese, sauce or pepperoni on it, it was like eating bread. They shouldn't call it pepperoni lovers pizza and call it expensive bread instead. The chef said that pizza hut has changed standards and now they're supposed to put lesser of everything on a pizza however the price of course remains the same! This customer experience was not expected from such a multinational corporation. Not going there again!

It took an hour and half to get my pizza and the sauce I paid for didn’t come.
They told me that they are gonna send the sauce right away and I waited another hour and half but didn’t come.
So I called them and they offered me to send the sauce tomorrow.
Next day I called them again for the sauce and they told me they’re gonna send the sauce and it has past another hour and still no sauce.
I wasted my money. Never gonna order from here again.

Worst Pizza ever. Never going to ever try it again. I would not even call it a pizza, it is like a soft bread with some tomatoes paste thrown on it with some other stuff. If there was a possibility of giving it half a star, I would have done so.
