Ich habe mich für ausgepreiste, also eindeutig zum Verkauf angebotene Ware im Schaufenster interessiert. Ich trug meine Kaufabsicht vor. Doch mir wurde gesagt, die Dekoration sei so schön, man könne den Artikel nicht aus dem Schaufenster nehmen. Auf meine Nachfrage hin, ob es denn tatsächlich so schwer sei, einen Griff ins Schaufenster zu tun und den Artikel herauszunehmen, bekam ich zur Antwort: Aus dem Laden könne man alles nehmen, aus dem anderen Schaufenster auch, aus diesem eben nicht.
Gut, diese Information hilft niemand weiter, hätte ich aber noch hingenommen. Doch jetzt kommt die Krönung: Am 13. würde neu dekoriert, da könne ich ja nochmal wiederkommen. Allerdings sei es möglich, dass sich auch noch andere Leute für den Artikel interessieren.
Wie wird hier denn mit kaufwilligen Kund:Innen umgegangen? Anscheinend hat man es nicht nötig, zu verkaufen.
Das Mindeste wäre gewesen, mir anzubieten, den Artikel zu reservieren mit Abholmöglichkeit, wenn ich Zeit habe, in einem gewissen Zeitfenster.
Der Unwille, einen einzigen Handgriff zu tun und mal eben auf gut Glück zu einem vom Geschäft festgesetzten Termin aufkreuzen zu müssen, sind eine Frechheit!
