Nice place, spacious rooms, friendly staff. A few minor problems, really.
Rooms are generally quiet and tidy, but top shelves are thick with dust. Auto air conditioning is loud and never seems to get down to lower speed. Luckily level 1 is quiet if it's sufficient. Insulation is fair, sometimes traffic noise seeps in.
Breakfast is nice and has wide selection. Unfortunately, the advertised "warm food on request" I couldn't confirm. They had about 8 types of premade warm food though. Scrambled eggs were not the best and there were no fried eggs, but this is the first place ever I saw in Germany where all the other parts of English breakfast are available.
A minor inconvenience, but waiting for elevators is a thing here, and we couldn't find stairs nearby. We found escape stairs through the kitchen though ????
Friends said the bar was decent. Lobby was nice for teleworking.
Overall, I think I could visit another time, and wouldn't hesitate to tell reception if something is needed.

4 star hotel. Full service with a very nice welcoming, its two strong points are the excellent breakfast and the parking lot which is very large, covered and secure. However, we had a few downsides, the air conditioning did not work well, which made our nights during the heat wave a bit complicated. And then we heard a Lots of very loud noises coming from the others rooms and we don’t get any solution from the staff. For the rest, all very well.

Stayed for 2 nights.
Very nice, clean, modern hotel with wide reception and lobby area.
Friendly receptionists.
Room was big, clean. Super comfy bed and pillow :) AC working perfectly.
In the room you can find everything you need: kettle, coffee, tea, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, tv etc. everything working perfect.
Also big windows which were possible to open. So you can refresh the air in the room ;)
Location also very good.
There is metro station 1 min from the hotel and central station is only 1 stop from there.

So, really liked this hotel.
Highly recommended.

Nice and spacious room. Clean and with a good view. Kind staff and beautiful lobby. The receptionist could speak many languages and that was helpful. Marina is very cool ????????

This hotel looks like it’s nice but when you look closely at it, it’s quite bad. Our sheets and blankets had set in stains and shreds of hair on it. The “mini bar” was disgusting and unusable. If you get the Caesar salad get the dressing on the side or expect Caesar soup for $15 dollars. The hallway’s outer walls are covered in dust so if you have allergies don’t go anywhere near them.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with great AC, but this hotel is missing personality and welcoming touches, like free water/tea/coffee in the rooms or foyer for guests. Having a coffee station in the lobby for convention use only just wasn't great... why not open this up to paid guests for late-night working or when there's no convention crowd? The free WiFi is abysmal, which is a huge failing for a business hotel. Not being able to download project builds or video pitch decks was super frustrating, for example. Location was brilliant, though... just one bahn stop away from the main station.

unhygienic room, dust and black dirt found in the bathroom ceiling, two glasses of wine were left outside our door by the previous guest and was left for the entire duration of our stay. Close proximity to the S-Bahn and tram stops. Will not recommend to stay here. Staff were nice and polite.
