One request: Better bread for breakfast. The current bread has no German quality (too soft).

The details: location is OK (500 m from bars and restaurants, 1km from TV tower), very friendly and professional staff, hotel interior is not very exciting, there is a nice outside terrace where you can have breakfast. We had a suite, but a better word would we loft: the sleeping room is upstairs.

Never again. Overcharged is with the breakfast- double the price because we decided to take it spontaneous instead of booking it in advance. The receptionist didn’t tell us this, she said ‘no worries’ can decide the day you want to have it.
Anyway the breakfast wasn’t worth the money at all. Coffee from the Automat, cheap sausages u0026 cheese... better go outside to one of the fabulous rated cafes and enjoy real GOOD food u0026 coffee.
The rest of the hotel is standard, rooms a bit too hot, bad air, not that nice staff

Hotel - Good service, decent size rooms but badly maintained infrastructure.

The Cons: During our entire stay (1 week), the A/C was broken, so it was a choice of terrible heat + sweat all night, or open window + traffic and train noise. The room prices are high (low value) if you take into account the room quality and location.

The Pros: The front staff was pleasant and the bar staff was very friendly. The breakfast was above average in terms of food quality and variety.

Had an accessible room, not by choice, but it had a nice spacious hallway and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Room was very comfortable with a nice carpet, complementary sparkling water and tea and coffee provided, but it smelt very strongly of rosemary oil, which was a bit off putting when first entering the room and there was some road noise, despite the double glazing. Breakfast was good with a range of hot and cold options and a coffee machine. WiFi seemed to work throughout the Hotel, the meeting rooms were well equipped and the meals and refreshments served during breaks were of good quality and a little different to the usual offering. There was even a juicer and fresh fruit and vegetables provided

Very comfortable stay in Düsseldorf. Location is perfect not too far from the city center and airport. Rooms are great with all amenities that I would expect on a long business trip. Right from iron board to tea kettle. Room was clean with climate control. Nice view from the window. Sumptuous breakfast in the mornings and very friendly staff at bar and restaurant. Would love to stay there again.

The rooms were excellent and spotlessly clean. The check in was very easy and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Although I didn't have time to use any of the facilities the restaurant, bar was impeccable.

The breakfast was superb along with the staff that guided us. Excellent quality food, very fresh and well presented.

An excellent experience and will definitely use and visit again.

Hotel staff is very friendly. Rooms were great. Location is fantastic and great vibes overall. Sara was very very helpful u0026 helped me change my booking at despearate moment. After travelling and staying in so many hotels comparing their service, i would give them 5 star and more. You must visit with them unless you find something even more amazing. They speak very good English too.
