Extremely cool layout and environment! Service was very good and the food was excellent.
The portions were huge and we could have gotten away with ordering 3 or 4 dishes for our table of 6. In addition, they had a great beer, wine and drinks selection.
If you are staying in the area, you can consider this as a solid option for a good meal.

Highly recommendable cozy nice tavern.
Best option for beer lovers looking for a nice variety of (common german) beer from tap.
Nice and tasty food options available.
In spring and summer they have nice seating inside in their roofed garden.
Very friendly staff. Prices are very fair.

Very comfort and nice place. It is big from inside well designed. The problem is with parking place, you can find one nearby because the restaurant is located on a main street. There is a big menu for food and drinks, both are delicious. Every staff member is lovely and they smile always. They help also with the selection. The toilets are clean. One of the best things I liked there is that it is not too loud, very nice music was played and one can talk and make calls easily without the need to go out. One thing has annoyed me, the mobile network was bad inside, so I got only E. I am I going there again? yeeeeeah! Do I recommend you to go? yeeeeeah!

Great place with good food and a nice selection of brews, including some local beer. The food was well made and delicios while the staff very friendly. Will most likely return next year as well.

Very impolite waiter! I don't speak good German so I could not give my order properly, and then he got mad. Definitely a racist, given how otherwise positive reviews are down below from Germans for this place. Place not recommendable for non-Germans (I'm south asian, so I can only talk about how I was treated).

The best place to try out many different kinds of German beer and sit in a cozy atmosphere. The place is huge. There are winter gardens downstairs which is amazing for the summer and if you wanna watch football matches . The food is served till pretty late for german standards and the portions of the food is very generous for the price! Their speciality is Bratkartoffeln. Its a huge portion and never seen anyone finish them! Its great to share.

Have been there for a business dinner.
The restaurant itself is kinda cozy and comfy, reminds you of a pub.
I was super exira for Guinness and Kilkenny, since it's very rare to get in Duesseldorf (apart from Irish Pubs).
The waiter said 'ya of course do we have large beer (in Germany it's a thing with small and large beer), Guinness is always large.' (in a very vain way
Ok. I had to wait for like 10-15 minutes (that's pretty long btw) to get.. A 0.4l glass of Guinness. 400ml. It's not even a Pint. It's a baby-guiness (one pint, imperial in this case is one-eighth of a gallon, so bout 568ml)..

So apart from the fact that Guinness isn't served in a pint, the waiting times are way too much, the food was 'ok'.
