By far the best gym I have ever been to. The Staff is Vers nice and always open for any kind of questions. The facilities are very modern and I especially liked the E-gym area.

CAREFUL WITH THE CONTRACTS!!!!!! THEY EXTEND THEM YEARLY!! I WOULD NOT SUBSCRIBE AGAIN IF I COULD GO BACK IN TIME. An example of a NON customer centric company: Fitness First Germany, my experience.

January 2022 German authorities finaly passed an Act to increase customer protection agains companies’ abuses. Mostly, focusing on yearly contracts that extended automatically for extra years again and again. This was applicable to new and old contracts. And explicitely to fitness studios.

Majority of the companies smartly turned this into their favour with claims such as “no ties!”, “now cancel anytime!”. Good move.

Other companies did not get it. The spirit of the law is to allow customers to freely chose their supplier after a fair period. Fitness First didnt get it. Successful companies (lets say Amazon, Netflix, Spotify) keep customers by providing excelent service. They make it easy to quit because you just simply don’t want to leave. Fitness First didnt get it also. They keep extending contracts annualy, giving vague answers, upsetting customers after complains and endless emails…. All for what? To force customers to stay against their will? Which kind of strategy is this? I remember how during Corona, with the fitness studio closed, they asked all us members to keep our monthly membership to support them. Many we did, and feel now that the level of engagement was not the same on both sides.
All quite embarrassing for such a big company.

Best gym in town thanks to the great Aaron for coaching me from the get go. It was the decision for me to join this wonderful gym!!!!!

This is a top gym! The equipment is modern, clean, varied and regularly updated. They also have a great range of classes. It is easy to find your fit regardless of your fitness level, and you can do a wide range of training. The staff is excellent! They are friendly, professional and helpful. The locker rooms are super clean, and there is always plenty of space. The re-opening after the corona lockdown has been incredibly well-organized with all of the precautions being taken. I have felt completely safe returning here. I have been going to Fitness First Lighthouse for nearly nine years, and I have never had a bad experience here. They regularly go above and beyond to provide the best training experience for their clients. I recommend this gym with complete enthusiasm!
