Very poor management, security requires from people to ware mask but he doesn't have one. No women are allowed in, yet the security person allow them to come in. Security person refuses to cooperate with residents.
Feb 05,2022 at 19:00, security and the other very rude when I ask to talk to room 24 to lower the volume, I cant sleep.

When we paid for our reservation directly and in cash, we were attempting to be generous. Not using booking.com or a credit card meant that the hotel would not have to pay the credit card company or the booking website.

In return, the hotel did not provide breakfast - a service we read was included and was the main reason we choose to stay here. They repeatedly said that breakfast wasn’t included unless we used booking.com.

I do not understand why our generosity was met with this way, or how protecting the breakfast buffet was worth two hungry guests.

The rooms were clean and as described, and the mattresses were nice. The street was extremely noisy throughout the night and early morning. Breakfast is not included, though the advertisements may say otherwise. The price is too high Given that there are better hotels nearby. Two stars.

If you are interested in staying here, we suggest that you to look elsewhere, or at least always use a third party service.

DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! SCAMMERS! This hotel scammed me during covid 19, i have a reservation booked via HOTELS.COM however my flight was cancelled due to COVID-19. The owner Viktoria refused to refund even though i did not any flight available anymore. If you need any assistance from this hotel forget! They just want your money no matter what. The worst customer experience ever. Owner Rude, speaks like she is the client not you. I will report this incident to Hotels.com since they need to choose better which hotels select. DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!! SCAM! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Great hotel for the price. Clean, spacious, equipped, kind employees, great location! Much better than similar rated hotels i have stayed in.

Nice basic hotel. Good value and close to u bahn. Very clean. Went to Local bar called cafe Bronx for beer and food.

Nice and comfort small hotel. Extremely clean rooms and very varied good breakfast. Highly recommended.

Really unfriendly staff?? (Except for one guy bless his soul) The radiator was hidden behind really thick curtains so we ended up freezing thinking there is none. Weird toilets.
